We need as many people as possible to contact their district representative so if you have not done so please take the time to send out a quick email stating you support the renovation of Husky Stadium.
It is very important that everyone does this because the Cougars are lobbying hard against it.
Not only is the renovation of Husky Stadium needed to bring an 88 year old public facility up to date , it also will improve the fan experience, and fan safety. They are looking at this as a competition and want to prevent UW from getting any public funding.
However, we out number them and if everyone gets involved we can get this done. Please take a minute to contact your district representative to give your support to the Husky Stadium project.
If we can convince King County officials this is a worth while project then the next step will be contacting state representatives in early March. So let's get this done now and then be ready to act again in March.
